Tortelloni with a smooth edge approximately 35 mm in size with a delicious meat filling. Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.

Cook the product in UNSALTED boiling water, in a ratio of 100g of tortellini in 1L of water, for 2-3 minutes

For best result gently stir the cooked pasta into your heated sauce or melted butter and top with grated parmesan.

Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated (max +4°c) and use within 2 days. Packaged in protective atmosphere.
